Finally comes to June! And it’s the annoucement of performance and salary increasement!
So happy to have my manager to give a very good credit on my effort in 2020 and he said he is trying to negotiate with his manager and HR to give an increasement on salary which is higher than the normal percentage!
It really feel great that someone is seeing your achievement and effort along the year! また頑張るわ！
